Funny Article I read today:

All of our current difficulties in the world could have been prevented. We would not be in Iraq. 9/11 would never have happened. We would be at peace around the world, had it not been for one 1985 incident that I have now been authorized to reveal.

The location was a remote palace in Yemen.
The principals were Osama Bin Laden and Whitney Houston. No one knew that the fate of the planet would turn on the events that night, but indeed that was the case.

As the New York Post has reported, "Kola Boof, the Sudanese poet and novelist who claims to have once been bin Laden's sex slave, writes in her autobiography, 'Diary of a Lost Girl,' which is excerpted in the September Harper's: 'He told me Whitney Houston was the most beautiful woman he'd ever seen.'"

But Boof (pronounced "Booth" in Sudanese) did not know about the clandestine solo concert Bin Laden ordered performed for him by Houston in 1985. Bin Laden's people contacted her personally, bypassing her agent, telling her that he wanted to hear her sing a capella, for his ears only, in exchange for $1 million in cash, all in untraceable bills.

When she asked why, she was told Bin Laden admired her beauty and her voice and craved a one-on-one concert. She asked if he expected sexual favors and was told that no, he had great respect for her.

She agreed and was handed a brief case containing the money. The next day she was picked up by his representatives and driven to a private airport in a huge limo where a private jet was waiting. Houston found it filled with lavish gifts of jewelry, perfumes, food and clothing. She was shocked to find all of the clothing fit her perfectly. When she asked why that was, the servant told her that Osama had done his homework.
When she arrived at the palace she was pampered and massaged and spent the night alone in a suite the size of her entire Hollywood mansion. She was told her meeting with Osama was to take place early that evening.
According to the New York Post story, Boof reported that, "He said he wanted to give [her] a mansion that he owned in a suburb of Khartoum. He explained to me that to possess Whitney, he would be willing to break his color rule and make her one of his wives."

She was introduced to several of his children during the day. They did not know who she was because he did not allow Western music to be played in the palace.

Finally the time came for their meeting. She walked into a vast marble room, the floor covered with Persian rugs, finding him sitting in a large wooden throne-like chair. The first words out of his mouth were compliments to her beauty. She smiled. He smiled and told her how truly Islamic he thought she was, something he also told Boof, according to the New York Post. The comment confused her, but she complimented him on his children, saying, "I believe the children are our are future. Teach them well and let them lead the way."

He was pleased to hear that, and told her she must be very wise. She added, "You should make sure you show them all the beauty they possess inside. Give them a sense of pride to make it easier. Let the children's laughter remind us how we used to be."

He said, "Will you sing for me now?"

She sang several songs. Osama was visibly moved, and also visibly sexually excited. This was confirmed by Boof when she wrote, "'In his briefcase, I would come across photographs of the Star [magazine], as well as copies of Playboy. 'African women are only good for a man's lower pleasures,''" she quoted him as saying.

He was so excited that he proposed marriage to her on the spot. She asked, "But where is the mother of the children I met today?"

He replied that, according to Islamic custom, he had several wives and many children. "Did you think I was saving all my love for you?"

She stood up in front of him and boldly said, "I decided long ago, never to walk in anyone's shadows. If I fail, if I succeed, at least I live as I believe. No matter what they take from me, they can't take away my dignity."

He told her she had been brainwashed by American culture, a statement confirmed by Boof, and quoted in the New York Post article.

At that point, she spread her arms and sang the Star Spangled Banner just as she would at a subsequent Super Bowl. When she finished singing, she turned her back and walked out of the room.

It was downhill from there. Jihad was declared, buildings were destroyed, countries invaded and thousands of lives lost. Oddly enough, one survivor was Houston's husband, Bobby Brown whom Osama threatened to kill, according to Boof.

We can only imagine what would have happened, had Houston's decision gone the other way. When she returned to America, she wrote to a friend, "I could feel his love for me but the greatest love of all is easy to achieve. Learning to love yourself Âit is the greatest love of all"

SO SORRY EVERYONE FOR A LACK OF AN UPDATE IN THE LAST TWO MONTHS!!!

I've been really busy trying to figure out my future, but now that most of that stuff is set in stone time to get back to old routines of updating this page.

On the bright side I have figured a way to embed video into my blogg so I will begin that shortly. As for the big news of the quarter, I am officially done with school (sorta). I registered as a full time student but I am taking 13 units Pass/No Pass. 11 of the units are film classes for my personal enjoyment and one for a minor I'm finishing off, and the other 2 units are for P.E. classes I am taking. Basically I am not getting a GPA for any of my classes.

So next year I will start working in San Francisco for a big company. My job starts in mid July so I will be in Davis for the first two weeks of summer after graduation, then it is off to SF. I really do like this city so much, but I guess my time here is almost done. This does imply that I may change the name of this blogg, to something more suitable for San Francisco.

Okay because there were a lot of things in the last two months I will post only a few of the many hundreds of images I have taken. And My First Attempt at A Video Post!!

Finals a Week Away!!

Briefly an Email I sent to writer Christopher Lin of the Stanford Daily in response to his article:

Dear Christopher,

As a 4th year student at the University of California Davis, I found your article of the Greek System as a very ignorant opinion that exemplifies the reason why you are not in a Fraternity Organization. Clearly there are only two possibilities of why you wrote this article. The 1st possible reason is that you personally felt wronged by a Greek organization on your campus (they kicked you out of a party or simply did not want to include you in their organization) or Two you are simply jealous of Greek Organizations and their ability to add so much to your campus community or simply you are upset about the privileges these houses receive. Either way the fact is you have something out for the Greek System and your opinion expresses that arrogance. John Belushi is a character in a film, and you claiming that all fraternities are the same way is absolutely arrogant. Look at how much your campus gains from a Greek System, from famous alumni to millions and millions of private donations and scholarship funds from fraternity alumni. UCDavis has halls and dorms named after important members of the Davis community many of whom were also members of the Greek system, I'm sure Stanford has the same. Greek involvement motivates campus unity through the positions Greeks hold in student government and on campus jobs. Many of the Stanford athletes (who got their asses handed to them by UCD in Football and Basketball) are in the Greek System. I'm sure many of the professors were as well. Famous names from the Daily shows John Stewart to Wolf Blitzer were members of a Greek System that probably instilled in them the characteristics they portray in the media. Are you addicted to facebook? It was created by fraternity guy, Mark Zuckerberg! Look around your campus, the fraternities and sororities create leaders among the student body that will forever be valuable assets to the university. If you can't cut it or feel jealous then get involved otherwise your comments and articles will continue to reflect your ignorance on the subject. You should not go around stereotyping fraternities as one in the same or referring to some as THERAPISTS which I'm sure that specific house is angry at you already. A Greek system creates leadership as well as a sense of fulfillment, accomplishment, and creating self esteem by being recognized as a part of a national organization. Fraternities love to party, you are right about that, however did you ever think that its probably cheaper for an organization to put together a party than simply you and your two roommates to set one up? It's cost effective and a lot of times Greek Involvement leads to jobs after college with stronger alumni relations. A Fraternity is a way to get involved, get connected, give back, and to gain the best experience from your 4-5 years in college. You should be very careful when saying something that puts a Greek system down especially at such an old and cherished university like Stanford. Good luck with your future writing endeavored and I hope you got something from my email.

A LETTER TO THE EDITOR I DID NOT SEND THE AGGIE:

AS a senior here at UCD the outcome of this recent election has little to no significance to me, and yet I voted. I voted for the students without a voice who prefer to watch the "O.C." And go out to “Woodstock’s” for a beer and pizza, rather than seeing their next few years make a difference. Constantly on this campus I run into freshman and sophomores who have no understand of what ASUCD is or does. My question is why has ASUCD failed to really motivate or "empower" students to come out and vote? Is it because of the poorly run CO3? Or maybe the previous leaderships failure to really promote the ideas of the student body? Or possibly the fact that students only hear bad things in the aggie written about ASUCD? A lot of what ASUCD does goes unnoticed, I mean how many of the students who use the MU computer lab realize that those state-of-the-art staplers were brought to them by ASUCD and one of the most influential senators to ever be seated, Rob Roy? Why you might ask (but probably not), is due to the fact that the ASUCD image promotes bipartisan views that disenfranchise the student body. ASUCD should look into why students vote, except that generally they are too busy to do anything really effective about it because all their time is spent trying to get others elected with them. I’ll give it to LEAD they ran quite an intrusive marketing campaign that pushed eligible voters away from the polls. As a student body I hope that LEAD continues its dominance to a point that the student body will look and say “wow we really screwed ourselves” that might be the only way for them to come out to the polls. LEAD did win the majority of the less than 20% who voted. As legislation passes that continuously wastes the $9.7 million ASUCD has to work with, from the student’s pockets to programs that make no difference in your daily life. The only way to increase participation in ASUCD is to eliminate the two-party system and get real experienced independents to bring a critical view to ASUCD’s practices. The student body needs “get outreached”, but realistically speaking the only way to get more students out there to voice their opinion and get involved is to make ASUCD relevant to them. Until that happens UCD enjoy your Sudoku and continue drinking that Coho coffee, cause those are the things that really matter, but ASUCD doesn't! Right?

I think it is always imperative that we as individuals can find ways to vent our opinions in a forum such as a blogg. This Week I Become 22

The Beauty of Israel. This last weekend while on a retreat to Los Angeles for some fraternity related convention, I finally got my paws on the pictures from my summer trip to Israel. The picture above is an image from the top of Masada prior to Sunrise, in the background you can even make out the lines of the Dead Sea. It was an amazing trip that I recommend all to experience at some point. Okay now to an update. This next week is my birthday on which I officially turn 22 years of age. The plan for that Tuesday would wishfully include the following:

A dinner at Hooters
A lot of presents
Potentially getting to a strip club
Getting Drunk
Having the best birthday ever

However my Tuesday is going to look realistically something like this:

Reading 200+ pages for a CMN 140 Midterm on Wednesday
Getting Information and Researching before my Wednesday Interview with Lockheed-Martin
Meeting with a Professor about a Thursday presentation in ARE 132
Getting to bed early so I can wake up in time for my midterm

So far my birthday looks really busy but not in good way at all . . . I really need a study break or a way to relieve all the stress.

Hopefully I can make it through the week.

Other stuff going on . . . I have three interviews this week with different companies for jobs when I graduate. Its a good thing and a bad thing. I like the fact that I am doing interviews earlier than most of my friends, but I am thinking that this is potentially the next few years of my life and the fun of college will be gone. Either way I am going through with it so wish me luck.

MY 2 CENTS:

As for my observations of the recent results of the ASUCD Elections. My candidate did not win, the students I guess just didn't think he was the right man for the job. But is this not necessarily true. Only 2,700 of 16,000 eligible students voted that is a disgusting number. The same presidential election last year had 3,800 students vote. How is it that less than 25% of the electorate actually votes in these elections. The outcomes to these elections are imperative to the money that every student pays to attend UCD. The fact that there was such a small turnout upsets me in a way not because my friend did not win, but rather that the student body does not understand that their failure to be involved in the election process is equivalent to spending $500 on a car you never use or drive.

The fact is this only exemplifies the problems with society. The only individuals who cared to vote fall into three categories:

Those who support Yellow
Those who support Red
And those who support Red blindly because of physical rather than intellectual reasons.

The point I'm trying to make is that those voters who fall in the middle are disenfranchised by the system that has struggled to put forth any good candidates who can get the students to rally behind them. The last time I remember a senator having such an impact is Rob Roy, the independent candidate who got support from every group, he actually was one if not the only senator to fulfill many of his campaign promises. The senators who ran this quarter were selected because of a popularity contest not because of their experience or ability to perform. This will be seen throughout the political process as items are passed that wastefully allocate funds to programs with little to no affect on the students who are fully paying for it. Just wait the students of UCD's failure to vote will directly cause the decrease in their coffers and the services that they will receive. Great job to the 85% of the campus who are digging a huge grave for themselves, I hope you enjoy next year as prices go up and you lose your access to more services. Fiscal Responsibility is the most important issue as fees continue to go up for tuition, and the student body's failure to vote will continue to compound this issue. What we need is a candidate who will break all the rules and engage the student body to come out and vote. To take a break from the Aggie's comics/crossword/sodoku to open up the opinion section and read about the campus that we create. ASUCD must become more open to ASUCD but this year's elections will only act as another buffer between the students and their non-majority elected officials.

BRAVO ASUCD ON YET AGAIN FAILING THE STUDENTS!!!

If two guys in my fraternity ran for ASUCD you would immediately see a change in the system. I would even guess that money would go back into the pockets of students. I hope for the sake of the freshman class they see this failure of ASUCD and learn from it that a two party system does not work, it only acts as a horrendous marketing tool to get cronies elected. If you don't believe me look at the breakdown of the Senate table and compare that with the entire student body, you'll see huge problems. GOOD LUCK UCD you are gonna need it!!!

DAMN!!!

Okay I Know I Know I've kept everyone in suspense. Well I was in LA for Western Regional Conclave for AEPi (Feb. 17-19) and I've got a bunch of stories to tell, but I'm gonna save those for when I actually upload those images. As for the weeks since my last post a few new developments are in the air.

First of All AEPi Davis is going to be hosting the first ever Pie Fest event where sororities compete in all things pie; Relay, Eating, Throwing, and Baking. Should be a great time and as of right now I am the Kappa Alpha Theta coach, even though apparently they won't be competing. . . . Less work for me I guess. Either way the flier for this event is everywhere including at the bottom of this update.

Secondly, It has come to my attention that I will be graduating very soon and am now focusing on finding a job, so far two companies are interested and I have already interviewed with one of them, a large Re-Insurance Co. Sounds like a fantastic opportunity which will require me to move to either Philadelphia, New York, or my last choice Minneapolis. The other company I have an interview this week with is a computer based firm in Fremont (Bay Area) also sounds like a good opportunity as well.

Valentine's Day was a week ago and boy so many women out looking desperate at parties wearing almost nothing, but I don't mind. I went out with some of my roomies and frat bros and we had a really good time at people's parties, even though I missed out on my last Tahoe Retreat Davis was a good time.

Superbowl Sunday was a hectic week, 2 exchanges in 7 days and an alumni Sunday event chuck full of XX Beer and Papa Johns. Thanks to the amazing assortment of alumni who came out to show their support. It was a success.

This last weekend AEPi also participated in ArrowJam which was our second time and we did real good some individuals in sororities believed we should have gotten third because I guess we were that good. The video Link will be up soon so you can see our performance.

My B-day is next week and hopefully it will be a success, except for the fact I have shit to do the day before and the day after my b-day which doesn't make for a stress free night. I'm thinking of just having a blast with friends who'll buy me drinks.

1st Two Weeks of Winter Quarter

Well Well Well . . . .

So time for another update.

AGAIN STILL LOOKING FOR A JOB!!

Now well two weeks into the quarter and now the tests begin, but don't fret tests should not make you fearful they should make you look forward to finally graduating and never having to take another test on anthropological societies of the Antartic, or on the standard deviation of a lab test on mammalian kangaroo pouches. But those of you going to grad school right after good luck with another 2-4 years of tests and incoherent research.

The drinking however has not stopped. Every night there is something to do in Davis: Monday is Kar-Re-Ok-Ee at G Street, Tuesday is Duke's, Wednesday is Dollar Pint Night at Sudwerks, Thursday is Little Prague and Sogas, and the weekend is as always, the weekend.

Cocktail was a real good time and I want to thank my last minute Date Gaby for being a spectacular date and making out with that other girl, you know who you are. . .

WINTER BREAK P. 2 and Highlighter Party

I Know I Know it has taken me way to long to get out this next post, it was sitting in queue for like 4 days now cause I have not been able to get around to writting down the current news.

I have been real busy. Pledge fell through for winter quarter which is both a bumper and a blessing, now I can focus on my school work and making sure I can finish up the alumni newsletter in the next two weeks for my fraternity prior to the big Superbowl Sunday Alumni v. Actives game. I promise it will be done. Other news . . .

I AM NOW LOOKING FOR A FULL TIME JOB.

I have been applying almost non-stop for anything and everything down in So. Cal. It is not so easy to find a job I guess?? I am however continuously trying to enhance my experience in marketing as well as film.

I will soon begin to start work marketing a DVD that is being created by UCD students and financed by a So. Cal. entreprenuer. My job to get the word out digitally and sell about 800 copies of the DVD. I will continue to update my progress in future blogg updates, but hopefully this time without such a long hiatus.

WINTER BREAK P. 1

Well Winter Break has been a blast so far . . .

Some of the activities I have excelled in this break include:
1) Clubbin'
2) Drinkin'
3) Spending Money
4) Partyin'

As I say goodbye to 2005 I look back and think that whatever happens in 2006 it will be a year of absolute debauchery. I will continue this streak as I begin to look for a career after I graduate in June.

As for this break I have participated in the following activities which are visually available in the pictures attached to this update.

First of all I love my dog, isn't he like the ugliest thing you've ever seen. I am definitely going to get a pug upon graduation.

During Christmas Eve as all the Christians celebrated their lord and savior's birthday I participated in a Semitic event held at the House of Blues on Sunset in Hollywood. At the event titled "Schmoozapalooza" I was surrounded by more Jews then at an AEPi Convention I shit you not. Had to be every Jew in Los Angeles between the ages of 21-28. Lawyers, Doctors, Financial Advisors were a dime a dozen, and I realized that many Jews are very, very shady. Either way I got to hang out with old friends. I did also meet two very beautiful Jewish women from LA who happened to be 4th years at Davis as well, yet I previously never had met them in Davis and I had to go to a Jewish LA event to meet them. Random I know. I also got to see former AEPi Davis alumni Dan Kaiser(Pictured with the 2 Girls from Davis) and Jared Levin. My buddy Ely from UCLA also came out even though he is a major flake when it comes to showing up on time. Either way I learned that Attractive Jewish Girls in Davis are very hard to find . . . So I gotta start looking harder?

On December 23rd Friday: Jared and I decided to check out a promoter friend of mine's club "MOOD". It was an interesting experience other than being the type of thing where like 50 people from my high school were also there, most of whom I never spoke to. I did invite three of my sexy lady friends to come out with us. Dana, Jessica, and Lauren came out and had a great time especially with my $108 bill. Despite it was definitely worth it. We ended up seeing Sway from MTV (Pictured below with me and Jared) and a pissed off Patrick Van Horn (He Played Sue in the movie "Swingers"). It was a good time definitely quite an experience so Thank You Brett Hyman for hooking me and my friends up and getting myself and Jared into the VIP section.

On a Random Tuesday night Jared, Justin, and Myself joined Jessica, Natalie, and Jori for a night of drinking and bull riding at "SaddleRanch" and "Howl at the Moon" at Universal City Walk. It was good time where Natalie showed us her best Osama Impression and learned how not to ride a bull.

Otherwise so far so good . . .

It's Been a while since I last updated this blog . . sue me it's finals week!! Anyway I have an update with a few pictures that have been requested of me as of late. So stay tuned for those. Today I wrote a 10 page paper about how Erikson's first 3 stages of infancy relate to my life. Imagine getting stuck at stage 2 . . The Anal Stage. Now imagine trying to tie in anal with my ability to be autonomous, you see what I am getting at.

I also saw a film today for my final in Anthropology of film and I realized that documentary film making is the lazy way out of being a real serious director, cause what is harder filming a movie with a completely never before seen fiction story, or a film about African Bushmen running around the wild outback hunting giraffe? Seriously any guy with a camcorders could do what these so called film makers do. I don't hold a grudge against these would be film makers, I mean hey it is a film and technically it was created, but really their only purpose is to teach. SO keep teaching anthropological film maker because it is those films that make the next blockbuster film maker to want to make money and not just film a nativity scene. Anthropology a film makers motivation to create something that makes money.

Alright time for my finals week wrap up. Of course I will make a few updates during the next few weeks while I am back in LA, and there will be pictures available because I may be getting a new digital camera. Best of luck to everyone this finals week.

Mistakes . . .

We all make mistakes in life . . This week I made a huge one. . .I failed to rationalize an action that I undertook and by doing so I jeopardized a friendship.

In life we try to socialize and we try to make friends and sometimes we succeed and sometimes we fail but it is all part of the trials and tribulations we go through as individuals. In a society that is all about the individual we fail to see the fact that many of the actions we take can hurt those around us whether it be family or friends.

Despite my perfectionist attitude and outward image I do make mistakes like everyone else. I know kiddies I MADE A HUGE MISTAKE. Whether it was my judgment or lack thereof I screwed up big time. I am formally apologizing again to my dear friend and pledge brother who I have known for almost 5 years throughout college and end of high school.

To Justin: "This was totally and completely 110% my fault and I am sorry, I hope you can forgive me someday because I do hold our friendship in high regard. If you decide that what I did is to wrong to forgive I'll respect that decision, but do me the favor and give me a call."

Again, I cannot fend for other people's actions if I was the catalyst for their reactions to my sudden lapse of judgment.

Either way this last week was a lot of fun and I will probably be spending the Turkey Day in Palo Alto with friends.

So I am continuing my quest to enjoy this last remaining year of fun and debauchery here at lovely UCDavis. For those of you attending this fine Top-50(According to US NEWS & WORLD REPORT) University you will know that it is quite a happening place when you really motivate yourself to get involved and meet as many fine individuals between the ages of 18-22. SO GET OUT THERE BE INVOLVED!!

Being in a fraternity gives you a great broad visualization of the campus lifestyle. I'm not talking just about the alchi and the females. . . I'm referring to all those individuals out there who bad mouth fraternities as evil organizations that have guys who pay to have friends and drink all day long adding nothing more than a few empty cans of beer to our campus society. Well let me be the first to respond to such an ignorant comment. . . A fraternity is an organization about having fun and becoming a part of a huge support group that exists as a prime networking tool, as well as a conduit to meet people on this campus and further our opportunities to succeed. If you think I'm wrong take Davis for example. . .

So the next time you pass by a fraternity party or see a fraternity guy wearing letters don't look at him and think "he's a beer drinking moron" you should re-evaluate yourself and think maybe you are missing something.

A fraternity is a place to forge natural leaders and to take bold strides toward future accomplishments while at the same time taking full advantage of the opportunities and connections for 4-5 years of your collegiate career.

BTW . . G. Street Theaters will be showing Everything is Illuminated at 1pm and 7pm on Wednesday and Thursday of this week. It is a great film from Warner Independent Pictures.

A weekend at the Casinos

Ahhhh nothing beats WINNING AT CRAPS!!! Oh yeah I finally learned to play the mystical game of craps in Tahoe this last weekend and oh did I win. About a $150 to be exact quite a take when I consider most of my friends dropped about that amount this weekend. I am going to say it craps is by far the easiest game to win when it comes to gambling. All the control is in the hands of your fellow players and you get to bet on absolutely every possible outcome. I was quite amazed as to how much fun it felt to pick up the die and shoot a 7 or 11 on the pass. I think despite that it looks confusing once you pick it up it just seems so natural . . . Like sex. Thanks Dave for being there to teach me to win, you will allays be my ideal Craps Buddy.

PIMPIN' IT CRAPS STYLE

The weekend was chuck full of drinking and meandering the high altitudes during a friendly game of tackle football. Even though I think I came down with a cold from the weekend which I am still recuperating from I do believe it was worth it.

Until I realized I had an IM Tennis match, a midterm Monday I hadn't studied for, and a 15 page paper I had yet to write. This of course led me to believe Sunday would be very tiring which is was except with some very odd outcomes. First, the Tennis match, I was set to play the 3-0 player in my division whereas I was a 1-2 record (1 loss because I didn't use my own racquets and the second loss because it was Halloween weekend and I forgot in my hungoverness to show up). I end up beating this Todd Martin look alike in 3 sets, surprising myself more about my win then about him losing. Then I began to study for the midterm which I took on Monday and was felt very easy. The paper I ended up finishing at work that night in les than 5 hours. I would say it was quite a productive Sunday/Monday considering I was still feeling the effects of the weekend.

SO as this three day weekend approaches I am looking forward to a Thursday Night Black n' White Party and Saturday Night at my Fraternity House. I will be posting pictures of both events as soon as I can on either this site or my AEPi blogg which you can find the link for somewhere on this page.

BTW tonight another new episode of LOST.

And I saw Jarhead a film which reminds me of what I liked about Full Metal Jacket and yet throws a Three Kings/Apocalypse Now Paranoia into the mix. I give it a thumbs up for an action war film and a possible academy award, but a thumbs down for a date film unless you want to compare your crotch to that of physically fit Marines.

Halloween Weekend

WOW SO HALLOWEEN WAS ABSOLUTELY INSANE!!
Davis was actually really cool this weekend, lots of parties, lots of scantily clad women, and lots of booze!

Also this weekend UCDavis football defeated Division I-AA's 3rd Ranked Team Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, it was a great game especially cause I was drunk from half a keg of Killian's Irish Red left over at my house after the Unitrans Halloween party that was held at the JSU Co-op(My House) the night before.

My friend Dana (The Blonde in Two of the below pictures) came out from Berkeley for Halloween and she had a blast and stated at a party Friday night that "The Girls at Davis are so much hotter than Berkeley, if I wasn't a heterosexual female I would jump on all of them!" She also was planning to use her old UCD ID to get into the football game, but instead we found an open gate and just walked straight into the game. We then progressed to sneak into the Aggie Pack seating area which was so easy. Clearly this wasn't Berkeley which is why we were able to sneak in, Davis will definitely need to change that when they go D-I-AA officially next year. Especially if they play Stanford or Berkeley.

Then came Saturday Night the CoHo Keg Crawl Trick or Drink!! Four Kegs in under 3 hours not too shabby!! What a great night, with a great Happy Ending!!

I am looking forward to the great retreat this weekend with my fraternity, it should be a freakin' blast. Maybe I'll post some pictures from it . . If they are appropriate!! I do have to maintain my PG-13 rating.

OKAY SO I AM OFFICIALLY LIVING IN A HOTEL FOR THE NEXT 4-5 NIGHTS!! It's not all its cracked up to be. My apartment that I live at had a toilet that overflowed, so me and my roommates are now living at a local Hotel that provides us with free breakfasts and 3 cocktails a night from 5-7PM.

I know I know you're asking "MARK YOU GET FREE DRINKS THAT'S SO AWESOME!!"

But listen it's not that cool cause I'm living out of a suitcase or two and my house is like a quarantine zone, I visited today and took a few photos of the water damage, its pretty bad. They've pulled out parts of the bed sheet to check for mold and mildew. Plus I don't have access to my computer its in a box somewhere probably rotting away. The movers who were hired by management at my apartment pulled all my stuff out and removed a lot of the things in my room, when I visited I noticed that a bunch of my stuff is damaged because of their moving technique which I'm sure plenty of past floods have given them quite the reputation.

So I am writing this entry at my desk at the library, yes I am working there again. Honestly I can't wait till I graduate and never have to step into a library for work again. It's not like what I do is hard it just is completely and totally unrewarding. I don't ever see a happy face on anyone that works at the library except for when their shift ends. I honestly am surprised that a trouble collegiate youth doesn't walk into the library with an M-16 and swear "I'm gonna blow this Mother down!" Even though I make like 8.75 an hour which is better than most, this job is not so rewarding especially after my internship down in LA with Warner Bros.

Holy Moly Ravioli!! WTF happened last night??

So I go out to a friends b-day to drink, I get sloshed, then end up at another party where a girl who I've never met is all over me . . I WAS turned off . . Then off to the Bars in downtown Davis with two of my boys (Picture Below).

Finally I head home after seeing more people I knew . . . and then see an old friend and we walk back to our places that are close on the other side of campus. . .I don't remember how I got back to my place from hers . . SPINNING IS ALL I REMEMBER . .

Then this morning I have a meeting at 11am but I got woken up because my room was flooded and one of my roommates knocked on my door . . . So then I step out of bed and . . . . "SLOOSH" . . Water all over my room almost ankle deep in the hallway . . . Stupid Low Flow Toilets Tandem has . . . Whole lower level was flooded . . My room is the worse cause its at the lowest level. . . SO I AM HUNG OVER TRYING TO CLEAR OUT AS MUCH WATER AS POSSIBLE . . and the Emergency team that takes care of floods for Tamden are not in cause apparently Emergency Flooding doesn't happen on SUNDAYS. . . MOTHER FU . . . .

Last Day on The Job . . . So Long Warner Bros.!!

Okay so I guess some weird guy lives in a hole in the ground . . That's Normal, Right? Well that is what we find out on the season premiere of "Lost". As far as we know his name is Desmond and Jack, our hero doctor, has met him before. More questions are definitely raised by this new discovery but I guess we'll just have to watch and wait for the rest of the season to occur. I plan to TiVo this show for the next half year, it would seen to be the only way to understand or at least get answers to questions that have now appeared in the Series. Enough of "Lost" I would like to find some answers.

Okay here it is This weekends movie picks. I am hearing a lot of buzz about Jenny McCarthy's new movie "Dirty Love". Although in limited release and being slammed by critics I think it could definitely be a sleeper hit, of course I wouldn't stake my reputation on a former Playboy Playmate turned MTV Game Show Host turned Screenwriter. I say go check it out with the guys I doubt it will be a dating movie, plus I hear there is nudity. Surprise, Surprise, Nudity seems to be one of the only reasons to see this film, so sue me I'm a College Guy!!!

Now we delve into my personal issues. I can't stand individuals who are lazy, I am very motivated and a true believer that if you are lazy and I'm suppose to do something with you, you will throw it off for everyone around you.

Then there is the issue of ahead of time scheduling. This is done to prevent a group from suddenly canceling less than two weeks therefore stopping any opportunity to find a replacement or to reschedule an event. This really ticks me off especially if it is done for bulls**t reasons. Some people and groups are just flakes.

What about people who think they have the right to voice their opinions when clearly they are not educated enough to make a well backed opinion. Yes you guessed it I can't stand those individuals either.

So last weekend ABC replayed the season finalle of LOST. And let me tell you it bugged the hell out of me. I mean come on what's in that damn hole? Personally I hope it ends up being a motorized crane that uses solar power to conserve energy which is why it has lasted so long on the Island. I mean it sounds like a craine with chains, what else could it be. So like all last friday I am sitting at my internship (BTW only 2 days left) trying to find any sign online about what is in that damn hole, maybe some executive at ABC saw the episode and leaked in online, I HOPED!! Yet I did not find anything, all I found were conspiracy theorists trying to decifer the the random numbers that have profound meaning on the show. Personally based on my research I have discovered the following about those numbers. . . .

THEY ARE A GOOD WAY OF PASSING TIME AWAY ON GOOGLE TRYING TO FIND MEANING IN THEIR NONSENSE.

Either way I do plan to watch the season premiere tommorow night on ABC. Also I recommend tonights thrid season premiere of Nip/Tuck on FX! for those of you with basic cable. However if you are left without a means for the premium 100+ channels of cable or satalitte, catch "My Name is Earl" staring Jason Lee which apparently is very funny according to the critics. Also the second episode of "Supernatural" is on the WB tonight. Otherwise not much else I can think of, maybe if you are into CSI or Crossing Jordan try Fox's new show "Bones" saw the replay of the premiere it was a solid show, also.

As for other news UCDAVIS AGGIES UPSET SET THE PAC-10 Division 1A STANFORD CARDINALS this last weekend 20-17. The reason I am extatic about this win is because now at my internship I have something to say when everyone around me is discussing their almamaters USC and UCLA mostly. Considering my school is in the midst of transitioning to Division 1-AA athletics and they beat a school which easily has 65 players on full ride scholarships and is in the same PAC-10 conference as Cal,UCLA, and National Champs the USC Trojans.
